So exactly where is Candi's BBQ?

Post by AquaGirl »

My husband loves BBQ (especially from Kansas City) and we want to try the new place, Candi's when we are there later this month. Can anyone tell us exactly where it is? Saw the video on OSJ, and thought it might be near Starfish?

I understand it is just before Starfish while you are still on the one way road. I believe it would be on your left side.

It's not too far from Starfish. If you are coming out of town, at the Texaco intersection take the middle fork (not the one that becomes Centerline, the one that is one way and takes to to Southshore Road. Candi's is on the left at the point where the one way part of the road ends. Someone local told us that it used to be called Sticky Fingers, but I don't know if that is true. The building looks like a trailer and is blue.

I hope that made sense. :)

Thanks Pia. That expains a lot. The locals we met were calling it sticky fingers but when I tried to look it up it said sticky fingers in Coral bay. Smells heavenly! We will try it this year.
When will I see St John again?

So how does Candi's compare with Uncle Joe's BBQ?

We'll probably only get to try one of them when we're visiting St. John in June... hubby loves BBQ!
