New rum bar?

I read about a new rum bar that was going to open right past the ferry dock beneath St John spice. They have one on stt and it sounded like fun. Any status update as to when it might open? Thanks.

There is a RUM business for sale in todays Daily News ****
1,000 bottles locally produced designer rum $3,000
it says email scot@mcchainlaw.com
No idea about it at all but at $3 a bottle maybe the "club" on this forum would want it for the clubhouse closet.
