Crazy question though... I thought I read somewhere (perhaps STJ Tradewinds) that they were reviewing bids to fix it, and then sometime later the bids were lost
. In the end volunteers made it happen. Why even tell anyone that the original delay was because they had requested and were reviewing bids?
