Villa search for 2-4 couples in Coral Bay Area

Post by northerngal »

I think I'ver finally convinced my friends to join us in STJ next year!!!! Now I need to find a great villa where we can have our privacy as couples yet have common areas. I LOVE the coral bay area and would rather stay there but are open to all suggestions. We need to have a pool, equally nice bedrooms for less than $2000 per couple. IS this possible? I would LOVE an outside shower too! There will be between 4-8 of us.

I have friends staying at Fair Winds and Following Seas. I don't have any direct experience there but the price was right and the bedrooms are separate with their own hot tub. No a/c but close to Coral Bay.

Another that we really like is Casa Bueno. Great reviews around the site. Not directly in Coral Bay but close to Coral, Cruz and the northshore beaches.

If its only 4, you may want to check out Reef Madness. I stayed there in November and really enjoyed the place. Awesome views, great pool, central air, satellite, sound system - the bedrooms are the identical except, one above the other with private entrances from outside, we particularly enjoyed the industrial size ice maker in the island  perfect to get your drink on! and the price was reasonable... for 6-8 you may want to check out villa Andara, we haven't stayed there yet BUT its a new one on my radar :D I just love the lay out

Never stayed there, but I'm guessing Reef Madness will be a popular suggestion.
Not sure of the total # of couples in your party, but Island Horizons gets a vote from me as far as "been there"... 3 bedrooms, great price. Somewhere over the North Shore- Sago Palms. Wonderful home...
If you're talking about the budget for each couple with airfare/Jeep rental/ villa rental being @ $2,000.00 , there's a quick jump-start. If the rental itself is $2,000.00 before airfare & what-not, per couple, I can't help you, but am totally green with envy!
I met the owner of Starlit Escape on a daysail/ charter, and he seemed like a nice fellow. Check them out, too!
Good luck with your search!

Check out Coral Rays. We stayed there a few years ago. The villa has 4 bedrooms, bedrooms have A/C and there is a pool. 8 of us stayed there and there was plenty of room.

Heaven's Gate

Post by hockeyboy »

Heaven's Gate is perfect for 4 couples and is less than 2k a couple. A fabulous view over Hurricane Hole.

All 4 master suites are separate, each with it's own deck area. The craftsmanship and landscaping of this villa is amazing. I can't say enough good things about it.

If you book it let me know and I'll send you the secrets we learned about the area. hockeyboy009@hotmail.com
