Jeep rental for under 25 set

I know this has been posted before. Not having any luck with search.

Are there any rental companies on St John that rent to under 25 year olds? If so, is there a surcharge? If not St John, perhaps St Thomas?

I'm fairly certain that Budget at the airport in STT rents to 21 and up. I just reserved a car there and noticed that somewhere. Check with them.

Thanks kellog! Budget's web site indicates a $20 charge per day for drivers 21-25.
