St. John local music?

Will be on St. John Sat, April 21st through Thursday, April 26th.

Can you suggest where we will find some great local entertainment?

Last trip we tried to hit Inner Visions at Fred's - but, they weren't playing.

Can you also mention not just locations to go - but, specific entertainers or band's names that you have enjoyed?

I am assuming that maybe there is a weekly entertainment listing in perhaps Tradewinds - is the correct? And would I find it online or where could I pick one up when we arrive on the island?

we enjoyed seeing Paradise People last time we were on island. They were playing Thursday's at Infusions but that is closed now. Also we saw them at the Balcony on Tuesday. Heard they were going to be at the Westin on Saturday's but I can't tell you if that is actually happening.

The grocery stores have them. You can get one at JJ's and Connections in Cruz Bay. Over in Coral Bay-Keep Posted, Love City Mini Mart, Lily's, Connections.

St Thomas/St John This Week lists some entertainment. Island Events starts on page 16 and Island Entertainment starts on page 20.

Another good source in St. John is to check the trees and utility poles for signs/posters. Right outside the Connections building in Cruz Bay.

One of my all time favorites is "Jamesie and The All Stars" they are a Scratch/Quelbe band.
