Villa rental

Does anyone know anything about Bente's Fancy?? I have discovered it on VRBO for ST John and it is an exceptional price for monthly rental. I am planning ahead for next year, B'day celebration. Wanted at least 2 weeks, a place where I can invite a couple friends to celebrate with. This beats everything for the price. No pool but great view, seems like a good location and beautiful home.

I toured that villa April 2010 because of the VRBO ad. It doesn't have TV or pool. The view is absolutely breathtaking. Wrap-around deck was the biggest attraction. It was a little tired but well worth the monthly rental fee. The master bedroom had an outside shower in the back with no privacy. There was also a full bath inside for the other 2 bedrooms. My wife wouldn't even think of it, so we didn't rent it. This is a great deal for a complete laid back vacation, reading, sitting for hours at a time watching the view. When we toured it, it seemed to have been closed up for awhile and there was a musty odor in the bedrooms. Hope this helps.

Thank you so much . It really helps to hear from someone who has seen it. I am keeping it in mind, but for this trip I may not do a whole month and think I want a pool. It has made me consider the Gift Hill area though.
