Frenchman's Bay Hideaway?

We'll be on STT for 3 nights before moving to STJ for a week. 2 couples looking for very basic, clean, safe, and inexpensive accomodations. Came across Frenchman's Bay Hideaway. Small 2 bedroom condo. Only 2 reviews on-line (both positive). Manager seems really nice.

Any feedback?

I have never been inside but know the house - great neighborhood - really excellent on island hosts - and with a rental car it would be convenient to most of the island.
If they can't fit your time frame there -- maybe try stonehousevi.com which is on the east end.

Thank you very much for your response. The neighborhood was really our only concern. We are annual visitors to the islands and know the general area of the villa. We simply don't know much about the quality of neighborhoods. I'm very grateful for your endorsement!
