Need help for trip report with pictures
I'm working on my first ever trip report and I'm not sure how do it. I'm writing it up in my Notepad first and hope to cut and paste installations here once I'm all done. I'd like to include pictures but I'm not sure how to add them - copying and pasting doesn't work. To make matters worse my computer is running low on memory so I can't download my latest photos until I do something to free up memory. Is there a way to paste pictures into a trip report directly from my digital camera? I also have a work computer attached to a network, but I haven't been able to figure out how to add the pictures on that one either. (Call me a techno-moron!!) Can anyone help? Thanks!!

First upload your pictures to a hosting site like Photobucket or Webshots. (Free.) Once they're uploaded, you can link to them.
In Webshots, you click on the picture and you'll see a pop up window, click "Link to it." Pick a size tab (e.g., 425 is the size picked and displayed below), then copy the HTML as shown below and paste into your TR. Photobucket is similar - just click on the picture (no size option) and you'll see the same kind of HTML to copy/paste.
Before pressing the Submit button, click on Preview to make sure the pics show up as expected in the TR.
We're looking forward to your report!
