We are currently on Island and looking for the best place for fried or grilled scallops...any suggestions?

I don't remember seeing scallops anywhere on St. John! They are very perishable so maybe that is why. John just called over that he ate scallops at Waterfront Bistro, so maybe there? Or check the Fish Trap.
It's like looking in your soup and finding a whole different alphabet.

TRY THE BANANA DECK . I KNOWN I HAD A GREAT SALAD THERE AND IT HAD THEM ON IT AND IT WAS GREAT.

I agree with Banana Deck and I also know that Woody's has "Corn Crusted Scallops" Several in our group really liked these!
