What is a good a day to go to Jost from St John?

Post by LB »

Hi there,
What is a good day to go to Jost from St John? We are thinking about Sunday. Arriving the 20th. Never stayed at the Westin, and that's where we'll be. But we have been visiting the VI's for over 25 years, and only until this year have stayed on St Thomas.

ps: I have not been here on this forum in years but I know it's for mostly St John visitors
Thanks in advance

I agree Jost is beautiful any day, and you are going to love, love, love St. John. The peace and tranquility, along with just enough town fun is sure to win you over. Just got back from a week there, and we have decided that a week is just not enough!!! Going for 2 next year!

We just got back from St John. We took the ferry over on Monday to Jost. It does run other days. You just have to call and ask. The week we were there in ran every day but Wednesday. We had a great time over there, it was our first trip.
Its all good!

I assume you're focused on White Bay.

If you're interested in a busier experience with many stern-anchored boats, drink lines and lots of people watching, go on the weekend.

If you prefer higher quality limin', go during the week.
