question about vies

I just was reading a different thread and pia mentioned back at the end of June that Vie's would be closed in August. Does anyone have an update is she still open? I did check the listing on st john spice and there is no closing info for vie's so hopefully that means she will be open. Thanks!

There are no dates listed for Vie's yet so that either means she has not been able to contact Vie's or they have not announced thier plans.

My father drives past Vie's everyday so I'll ask him. She did appear closed last week.

thanks for the info everyone. I guess it is looking like vie's is closed but that just gives me another reason to come back to stj. It's funny because my first two times on the island I was so excited for Vie's and we drove all the way over and both times she was closed. This May I finally got over there when she was open and loved the food and the iced tea. So I was especially looking forward to going there next week. Oh well.

I feel your pain yogagirl- I have NEVER caught her open! Combo of coming mostly in August, and when here different times, not spending enough time on the East End. Also on the list for our next trip....
