Post by Sunflower »

Does anyone have any recent info on Spyglass? Prices? what's on the menu? We usually go to the BB first night, but BB closed for renovations  So need alternate spot - suggestions :?: thanks.

John and I were there recently. I really love the views from that spot. Menu is typical burgers, tacos, sandwiches, salads kind of thing. They do offer fish specials at dinnertime. It's not expensive. Food is OK--not great, but acceptable.
It's like looking in your soup and finding a whole different alphabet.

Thanks Liamsaunt! Think this sounds fine - I love the view there also, and used to go when it was The Balcony and Wahoo, etc. :)

We went to Spyglass twice in June and loved it. The view overlooking Cruz Bay was great, especially at sunset. During happy hour they offer $2 margaritas on the rocks, $2 rum drinks, $2 tacos and wings. Everyone will love the bartender, Wayne from Texas! For dinner we ordered a seafood pasta that had several large shrimp, scallops, and other seafood served over penne pasta with a white garlic cream sauce and also a seafood lasagna. I can definitely recommend the margaritas for happy hour and the seafood pasta for dinner. Enjoy!

We ate there last week- Our food was good and we really like the view, however it was the worst service we had on our trip.
