Villa Fantasia

Hi Everybody! I'm new to the forum but I've been a lurker for quite some time.

Can anybody give me any info on Villa Fantasia? It looks beautiful on the website but I'd love to see some recent photos if possible.

Also, as for the STT areas, when I read about the North side of the island, the ad states "the most desirable side", when I read about the East side, it says the same. EVERY part of the island claims to be the most "sought after side". Which one is correct?
