Kenny Chesney fans

Post by sea-nile »

So, KC fans, He is playing in my town 3 miles from my house tonight and we don't have tickets! Should we sneak in? MIL lives down the block so we may park there and walk up and just see if we can get in. We did that a few years ago.

As Ali said on the other post, "ease back into reality slowly" - I think that means a KC concert is in your near future..... :D

Sea-nile, is there somewhere you can sit outside, hear the music and maybe see a jumbo tron at the same time? If so, take some food and drink and enjoy! My favorite CD is his "Be As You Are"...I have one in the car. one at home and one at work. A little obsessed maybe! Don't care, love his voice.
Hope you get in.

Are there still tickets?? Why not buy one? kc probably needs the money after being a St. John frequent visitor. :)

I am assuming they are sold out but I would buy one if I could. Maybe we can find someone selling a few. I can hear it from my house but that is not the same. I am sure Kenny is not hurting money wise but I am after my trip to STJ this last week.

You already know what VA-Girl and myself would say - how can you not go? The real question is, can I be there in time to go with you? Have yourself a few bushwackers first and off you go...have fun!!! Ali~

I am so jealous. Go for it. If you can't get in at least you will be close. I'd settle for that. :D

Lol, I was kidding about kc needing the money. I am not sure if he stll frequents the island. Back to the original question, go for it. What is the worse that can happen? They catch you and you have to go home . . .where you can hear it anyway . . . and know that you tried!

Have fun!

We went to a friend's house who can see the back of the stage from their yard. We walked up and saw him like this. I took a few videos too but I am not sure how to get those on here and don't really have time now. Maybe later if anyone wants to see. They are kind of bad but you can hear him. We only stayed for a few songs since we were in a grassy area and getting eaten by mosquitoes.
Maybe next time we can actually go see him and pay. We never thought we would have the energy or time to go since we just got home from STJ at midnight Sat eve.

You probably had a better view of him! It sounds like fun!! I can't even imagine how cool it was to be hanging out with the comfort of a friend's house watching an amazing live concert. Not in my lifetime--but I bet you get that opportunity a lot. Nice quirk of your neighborhood.

I'm kind of glad I stumbled on this thread. I haven't seen him for a while, and I kind of miss him. Thanks for sharing.
