Hi everyone The smoker was out of the snow bank so I thought today would be a good day to try something new.
Because of St Patty's day I put a couple of pieces of corn beef on it for about 7 hours. Made some Island mashed potatoes and veg.
Pretty tasty if I have to say so my self.
Tom

Looks great.
We had traditional Corned Beef and Cabbage, but yours looks much better than ours!

Looks great, Tom! I love pastrami (Smoked corned beef)! We had corned beef and cabbage last night and Reuben sammies tonight. I have another corned brisket in the refrigerator that I'll probably smoke after we get back from STJ.

You can come to our party in Virginia if you promise to bring those mashed potatoes!

Tasty and thanks for the photos!
I was enjoying my home cooked corn beef sandwiches made by my sweety on the plane tonight. I was getting some jealous looks!
Cheers, Rick

Anthony, your clam sauce looks AMAZING! That's one of my favorite meals. Nice risotto too. Yum!
It's like looking in your soup and finding a whole different alphabet.

That is really one of the simplest sauces to make - there is almost nothing to it. You just need some good clams -

Those pictures look fantastic, Anthony! The pumpkin risotto sounds interesting and the lobster risotto looks great! I've been on a videoconference since 6:30 and haven't had breakfast yet. I'm soooo hungry
