Post by Chris V »

Im sorry I cant find it but I know this has been answered on the form.
What is the current cost of the ferry from St John to Jost Van Dyke?
I have found sites that say its 50, but I swear i read here it was 65.
Its all good!

I think it was $70 when we went in fall of 2008. Haven't been back to know if it's gone up since then.

This is prob the most up to date site and says $60 but I could swear that it was $65 last summer. Don't know why $65 keeps sticking in my head.

It's definitely at least $60 r/t. But not $70 unless something has changed since June, 2009.

I thought we paid $70, but I am getting old and I drink a lot. Maybe it was $60, but it hasn't been $50 in a few years. So, $60, maybe $65. Definitely not $50 or $70.

Still worth it in my opinion.

I agree. The ferries are a great option for the BVI. We went to Virgin Gorda last year, and it was an easy way to see the Baths on our own.

thanks for all the help. We have done the private boat trip before. This time we have 8 "too many for some of the boats" and not all of them have the cash.So we figure this time we will try the ferry.
Its all good!
