Back to the daily grind
Back to the daily grind
Well, after a week of little to no sunshine, running around trying to catch the right beach on the right day to get in a few hours of overcast-tanning/snorkeling....I'm back in the office thinking that I'd take another week of rainy St. John!
We got back to Houston at around 11 pm last night, so I'm still a few days away from a trip report and pictures. The office is a mess and it looks like all hell broke loose here while I was out.
Good news is the kids loved it in spite of the weather and would love to go back...SOLD!

I guess we take them for granted! Everyone I know that comes here for business from far enough away to not have the Pappas restaurant chain always wants to go there. My boss at our corporate HQ always has to eat at Pappadeaux's (the cajun seafood version of Pappsitos). Yes, there is better Cajun and better Mexican/Tex-Mex, but for a large chain they are consistently good.
