Can a 2 door Wrangler accomodate 4 adults and luggage?

NO!

I will never rent a 2 door with 4 adults again. I am always the driver on island and I felt terrible for our friends. They hated getting in the back seat and because there is very little cargo space, they always had stuff on their laps.

I second X's no. We did it once, never again. Not enough room for beach stuff and crawling in and out of the back got old real quick.

I agree. Spend a little more and get a larger car. If you ever make the drive across the island, you'll be glad you did.

We did the wrangler 3 times with 4 adults. You need to do shuttle runs for the bags. It's cramped and the ladies did not enjoy climbing in and out of the back. I didn't care...I'm the driver!

Liberty for us this time...plus one child

For 4 adults, I'd go with the 4 door Wrangler.

I've owned both a 4-door and a 2-door Wrangler. Additionally, I've rented a 2-door with 4 adults (plus luggage). The trip to and from the airport can be tough (think top down and luggage in laps), but daily transport it will be fine. The other consideration is the mobility/flexibility of your passengers in getting up and in the back seat.

For 4 adults, I'd think about 2, 2door wranglers. Then you can be less dependent on each others timing.

Decided on a 4 door Wrangler. probably from Discount as they are the only we heard back from for one, their rates seemed fair and I have read good things about them.
