Day Sail Suggestions?

Interested in either a 1/2 day or full day private charter sail/snorkel trip around STJ. Any suggestions on boats/captains/itineraries for end of August? There are so many options - not sure where to start! Needs to be able to accommodate 7 people, one of whom is my 78-year-old mother so easy on/off access needs to be available (not sure I see her riding a dinghy out to the boat!). Will also need on-board bathroom (dear old Mom!).
