Newbie Trip report Part Five

Wednesday we got up a little later. We decided to do some shopping around Cruz Bay. We went to eat breakfast at JJ's Texas Toast. The food was good but there was only one person waiting on everyone. Don't be in a hurry. We walked around town and went in some great little stores. St.John Spice is a great little store. Met Pia at her new job at the information booth. Want to find something out ask her. She was very nice and informative. We went back to the cottage and got cleaned up. Walked to town and happened to see a place I had read about just opening up. It was above Crazy Crackers. It was called The Dog House. It was awesome. They had several steak and shrimp dishes all $20 or under. I know unherd of in St.John. The Chef was great. This was the best meal of the week. The waitress was very attentive and super nice. Try this place you will not be disappointed. We left and walked over to the Beach Bar hoping to run into Boston Mike and his wife Nicole,it was her birthday. Guess what,they were there. That was alot of fun. I got some great pictures of the event. She had plenty of birthday cheers. We were glad we got to help her celebrate. Said goodbye and headed back up the hill. We turned in shortly after.
