We've stayed at Peter Bay Gatehouse (Upper Unit) in the past. Very nice but no oven only a 2 burner counter top unit and a microwave which may present a problem if desiring to cook meals in. The bottom unit does have a full kitchen. No pool at the gatehouse but each unit has a hot tub on their decks. Gorgeous view!!

It has been on my someday list ever since someone who has seen/worked at many rental villas told me it was his favorite on the island. Something about the old-timey look of the yard and pool appeals to me.

Excepting the bedroom A/C, Bayview has all the rest. It does have excellent tradewinds as it is mountaintop.

North Shore views -Views of Francis Bay and Mary Point as well as Coral Bay and the East End.
Pool - yes
1 bdr - has two bedrooms but the 2nd is at pool level and I would not recommend the 2nd bdr.

while the primary views are over coral bay, viewtiful has some decent northern views from upper deck. see her at http://www.privatehomesvi.com/viewtiful.htm

also orions hill has some great northern views will all sought amenities.

both 2 bedrooms but lower rates for 2 people.

Chateau is really nice but out of their budget. MB, look at Sago Palms, I believe it has everything you mentioned:

Think Sago Palms might also fit. Not sure what the construction status is next door, but great villa and oh those views!
