used them in December - no problems - sometimes a little slow to respond to emails, but no other problems.

ok, good to know--I heard back from them regarding a property and am trying to book but they aren't reponding to my email!

I used them in 2006(?) and had no problem while making the reservations or on island.

We've used them several times without issue. Different properties and all were as shown on the web,which to me is important. Did get 10% discount after our first year.
