New Coral Bay Establishments

Can anyone tell something about new businesses in the Cocoloba Plaza in Coral Bay. I heard a new deli has opened and that there is also a place called Full Moon Cafe. Please give us some information about these two new businesses.

New Moon Cafe is run by a couple from Brazil; they do coffee and sell local and other tropical art, clothing, jewelry, etc. They also offer a different fresh juice and a different sandwich every day.

The deli is a deli. They sell standard deli fare; I haven't tried them yet but also haven't heard any strong reviews from anyone, positive or negative.

What else would you like to know?

We tried the deli about a week ago. It was good! The young folks behind the counter are very nice. The one thing that made Big Belly a tad better was the sub rolls. Tim used to get them in frozen and bake them fresh. I don't think you could replicate that. Otherwise, they make a good sandwich. It's nice having a deli in Coral Bay.
