Pot Roast FAIL! Help!

Post by mindehankins »

Bah! I got distracted and let all the liquid burn up in the pot roast I was making for dinner tonight. I was able to cut off the burnt crust and the rest of the beef didn't take the burnt taste, thank God.

I was thinking of shredding the remainder and mixing it with a little Cruz Bay Grill Rub and Half Moon Bay Pirates Blend Carribean Condiment and making wraps with naan. What else should I put in the wraps? Any ideas from the experts here?

Oh no...disaster...

How about some cole slaw...with nice creamy dressing. Kind of a hot/cold theme with the spice rub...add a cold beer...it can be saved!

Good luck and let us know how you make out!
Hoping for a USVI ticker in 2013!

Home Run!!! They loved it! I shredded the beef and simmered it with a little Wegman's mango salsa and the hot sauce, and CBGR. Toasted naan and put the meat on 1/2, cole slaw on 1/2. YUM!
