Tried that for the first time last night. Used the Beach Bar's online recipe. Must say that was real good. Perfect for 96 degree day.

Lime and Coconut is my favorite STJ drink! Lime Inn and Banana Deck have the BEST!
Here's a toast to you on the coast....

Here's a link to the Beach Bar's recipe. Can y'all tell me what these other places might do that is different?

I've made the BB recipe many times, and I can't tell you what Miss Lucy's does that's any different. It could be the time, the place and the company that makes a drink memorable, sometimes. :)

Love love love this drink. We're more wine/beer drinkers, and it's the only mixed drink I make at home. Definitely make it at any rentals too. It's so easy. Yummmy. :)

We did this weekend. Great because there is lots of room for error. Dump some ice, coconut rum, lime juice, coco lopez, and light rum in a blender and bam.

Our group had no pulp lovers, so we skipped the throw the whole lime in thing.
