17!

Post by Steve S »

OK friends, how about a shout-out of two or three villa combination (close proximity) that will hold 17? 4 couples and 9 children aged 11 through 25. $10k bogey.

This is what I get for being the family St. John expert...

I was going to suggest Great Expectations, but looking at their website, it looks like they go up to 14. Maybe contact the owners to see if they're flexible since quite a few are kids? We almost rented GE and the owners were great to communicate with! Here's the website: http://www.greatexpectationsusvi.com/index.html

Try Vida de Mar, Sunset Beach - Dream Come True and Island Time are right there too.

For lower budget Dolphin Run and Rara Avis.

Another option are the Virgin Grand Estates villas - Casa de Sonadores is beautiful, we like Cocotier nearby too.

Tennis Villa and Cottage may work for you.

Also, FYI...you will also find out that once the "kids" turn 18, they are no longer considered "kids" when your looking to rent a property.
Hoping for a USVI ticker in 2013!

I'm thinking you won't find a place that sleeps exactly 17. That being the case, I volunteer to fill the empty spot you're sure to have. I'm real quiet. You won't even notice I'm there.
