Well the snow is all gone YEE HAA! Spring is in the air. I'm sure mother nature will still throw us a curve ball or two. Well I'm running out of new stuff so gonna have to start posting old pics,I got a couple Sure there will be some new folks that haven't seen them. Sept is a long ways away was planning on hitting the rock in May.

mbw1024 Oh what I'd give to be drinkin my coffee to that view right now.One of my favorite things on St John, wakeing up just me and the roosters soaking up those views.

Tipsy I feel for ya. I've known I'm loosing my job for three years now. Been a slow death was 800 down to 25 peeps now. Lucky though been there a year longer than I thought. This will be the year for sure.

Sadly,they didn't work. Was layed off. But so was everyone else except 5 production workers on the floor and the mgrs (who got an 8% paycut). Might be temp, co. is waiting for some military contracts that we bidded on, if we get them, then be back to work within a month, if not, then the co. will be closing.

Going to be tough but will work out. We're strong Christians so have our Church & Faith to help us.

Will still be on STJ in a month, just be spending a little less than planned. So that is good.

thank you mbw124, just veging over the wknd and will deal with the reality starting on Mon. S/b ok, just tighten the belts.

we're better off than so very many many other people, Jim has his job and can get lots of OT so that will be helpful. am getting severance & 4 wks vac pay so that's great. am looking at each little thing as a gift. one at a time.

Just glad can still make the trip and will see so many of you at the Beach Bar on 18th.

And maybe be back to work by the time we go. who knows.

Thank you Minde, it's a little easier now that had the wknd to absorb it. Have to stay positive, it is what it is. It all will work out.

Might just have started retirement 2 yrs sooner than planned, that's all.

Hey,going to be in STJ in a month ! might be a more frugal trip than planned, but will be there. That's all that matters, right.
