Second Wind / Virgin Seabreeze

We are looking at renting these villas for two weeks in July and we're hoping they are close enough to walk back and forth! Can someone give me ideas of how difficult the walk might be?? Also- how bad the hike down to the beach might be - and is it worth it? Kind of sounds like the surf might be really rough on Reef Bay. I've read reviews on both houses - they sound great! Thanks!!!

Someone on utube posted a video of virgin seabreeze, you should watch it.
I would have rented this villa if it wasn't booked the week we needed.
We are staying at surfside, and I am also looking for input about this area.
