Guitar "Gods" on DVD

Post by sherban »

This is for those of you who are very interested in rock guitar players and/or electric guitars...I know there are some of you out there...

I found a movie on Redbox that I was unaware of..."It Might Get Loud" it is basically a rocumentary involving Jimmy Page, Edge, and Jack White. I rented the DVD last night (from Redbox) and found it a fun video to watch...some great old footage of these guys and some cool new footage. For me, the biggest treat was to see Page in his mid sixties picking up a guitar and banging out old zep riffs like it was still "back in the day"...if you are into one or more of these guys check this out...it is a fun ride...

Good call. I watched it about a week ago. I'm with you, the best part was watching Page. Actually, the best part was the expressions on the other guys' faces while they were watching Page.

Watched it 2 nights ago. I really like all 3 bands. Amazing musicians with very creative minds that create unique and beautiful sounds.

Now that you mention it Pete, yeah I remember and agree...Edge and Jack White had smiles as big as mine when Jimmy started riffin'....
Ty311- I agree I like all three of them and their bands...good mix of talents...
