Woke up to a half foot of snow. It is the pretty, sparkly, superduper powdery stuff though, so it should be an easy shovel. Does look nice covering the landscaping and the pines. I'm pretty sure this would be a better view out my window though. Congrats to any Bama fans out there.

Yes, that is Caneel's public beach, viewed from the trail to Honeymoon Beach.
It's like looking in your soup and finding a whole different alphabet.

Can't wait to be on STJ and enjoying those beautiful beaches you share with us weekly! we have 30 below windchill and a temp of 1 degree here right now in KC...the kids haven't been back to school since Christmas break so I really needed this photo!

Cptnkirk to the rescue !
not as bad as the mid-west but 2" snow and cold. Tonight the winds come back, bringing biting cold again.
Enough !! brrrrr.
