Early flight from STT and ferry from STJ

Looking at 8am flight from STT in June...Staying on STJ
Looks like ferry from STJ to STT begins at 6am..is that enough time to get over to STT and to the airport in time to checkin and make the flight? Don't see any earlier options for getting over there...

You won't make it if you take the public ferry. My daughters had that 8AM flight in June and they had to hire a private water taxi and private taxi at STT. For them (4 people) it was cheaper than staying the last night on STT. If it's just you (one hotel room) than you're better off staying on STT the night before you leave.

You can make a 9AM flight the not an 8 o'clock. We have been having this problem since American cut its number of flights into and out of STT several years ago. Good luck changing your flights

Not going to make an 8:00 from stj, we had a 9:00, was on the 6:00 am ferry, made it okay, but never would have made a earlier flight,
