The Roundabout
When we placed bets on the completion of the roundabout I remember taking 10/10/10. It looks like I may have lost.

The Cruz Bay roundabout is really very close to being a roundabout now.
There is still some driver confusion. A flagman is sometimes there directing traffic, sometimes not. Sometimes there are two of them.
And there’s a stop sign in the circle that doesn’t belong there. If you’re in the circle, you’re supposed to have the right-of-way. You can drive round and round all day without stopping if you want.
