And then there were 2

Post by pipanale »

I'm almost there in the Great Villa Search of 2010...or...Rob's Redemption Tour 2010. I haven't settled on a name yet.

Maybe Lord of the Dance II

In any event, the villa's been narrowed down to a final 2.

Morgan Point - Great Cruz Bay.
Star Villa - Frank Bay

The PM's have been buzzing with advice on both places, but if you have anything to offer, please do so.

4 adults, 1 child. Need a pool, to be on the Cruz Bay side of the island, A/C in the bedrooms and want to spend under $3000.

then...rental car time...

DaddyRick says walk along Frank Bay in the morning are pretty freakin' nice. Sunsets are good there. Watch out for the chicken lady. The hill up to Star Villa is not crazy, but it is a hill. Call it a 7 minute walk to JJ's.

I believe that shopper3 and Larry have stayed there.

I had researched Morgan's Point and got good feedback, but the size of the group changed, so it didn't work out.

We stayed in Frank's Bay (Bougainvillea) a few years ago and really liked being able to walk into town at night. And the sunsets (as Ruth shows us) are great from that area.

I believe Ruth is "chicken lady"
