Can anyone give me a site that would have links to the various webcams around st john.

try www.reservationsbvi.com and use their webcam list - it has quite a few USVI and BVI cams and they TRY to keep it current.

Exit Zero, I just clicked on all the links and they seem to be working fine. The Soggy cam and the Anegada cam are both down, but you should see a static picture at least.
