I'm thinking ground beef, ginger, cumin, allspice, red pepper, tomato sauce........ :?
Going to give it a shot this weekend. LOVED it, but was intent on just enjoying it and not analyzing it :)

Sorry, I cannot help with this one! I don't eat red meat at all, and John doesn't like ground beef in anything but a hamburger, so we've never tried her rice. Good luck! :)
It's like looking in your soup and finding a whole different alphabet.
