Seagrape Hill pool warming party

Post by seagrape »

Hi All. Wish I knew how to download some pix. We had our housewarming/pool party yesterday on Seagrape Hill. It was a blast!!! In attendance were Randy in MD and lovely wife and Pia and her husband and Lloyd of Paradise and many more. Lloyd catered barbecue. Looks like everyone had fun. Even the 15 minute shower didn't spoil anything. Hey, we were wet anyway!

The best to all of you!

We have a couple of pix. Trying to find time to figure out how to get them on here. Soon come. Maybe Pia or Randy have some? When you are hosting a party and getting your drink on, sometimes you forget to take the pix! Whoops! We are planning a Capt. John trip on Thurs and you know we'll get some pix then.

And I thought this was going to be an invitation to come by and help warm up the pool water.
Congrats on the new pool and Housewarming pool party.

Here are some pictures I'm posting on Randy's behalf. That looks like a really cool view from the pool! It doesn't seem that long ago that you were asking opinions on whether or not you should build a pool... did it happen that fast? Or is time passing and I'm not paying attention?

Don't feel bad SEAGRAPE, it took me 4 months minus 3 wks back in STX to figure out how to post. NOW...I seem to have posted them under the topic...."what are jumbies?" But finally part of my STX trip report is up.
Love your pic & your view!!!

Beautiful villa and pool with a killer view! You guys have done an excellent job.

When will Windspree update your listing info on their website? I skipped over it Saturday, because I didn't realize it had a pool. It's going on my list, now. 8)

New pool at Achorage Aweigh - WHATTA' VIEW!

Guy in the blue t shirt is leaning on what??? Is it just a wood railing? Or is it Wood Railing with a glass wall. Looks like it is a drop off from where he is standing???
Hoping for a USVI ticker in 2013!
