If you are looking for sunset views, great vistas,and lots of sun for warm pools what area would you recommend. Any Villa suggestions for Villa $2500 and under off season,would be appreciated.

Nancy, how many bedrooms, ac requirements, or any other "must haves"?

Anything over Great Cruz Bay will give you great sunsets and a view of St Thomas.

the cruz bay side of the island gets amazing sunsets and hot afternoon sun. coral bay side gets sunrise.

Aside from the Pond Bay construction, Tesseract was a nice little house, well under your budget. I stayed there last fall but haven't written a review, so if you have any questions, you can ask.

I think it was $1900 for the week for four people, and it had great views (decks all over the house), an awesome pool and was pretty comfy.
