L & L Jeep Rental Co
L & L Jeep Rental Co
I like the fact that they pick up and drop off at the ferry dock.

We haven't use them, but there's been a bit of chatter here regarding L&L. They are on my list of generally "good" places.

I did see a mention of excessive sand fees and late pickups on other sites. I also saw mentions of great staff that respond well to proper West Indian manners.
Good luck!
Cheers, RickG

We have used L&L a few times for jeep rental and once for a safari truck tour of the island for my wife and friends stopping on a cruise. Levi and Kurt have been gracious and courteous (even on our first trip when we did not read the 'do not take the top down' provision in the rental agreement, Levi was courteous when he called us to explain why the jeep tops had to stay on.) We have never had issues with the excessive sand clause although we do keep the sand in the jeep down to reasonable levels. The only practice that L&L has that I would like to see changed is the late pick up policy. If your arrival is after 6pm, there is a late pick up fee.

Thanks Rick...I have a lousy time using the search feature, so I appreciate the links you provided. I read them all and would put them on the "good to use list" also!
toes...that all sounds reasonable! Thanks! Having a late fee for later arrivals at least confirms that they will accommodate a late arrival. We should NOT be late in arriving but to know that they will be there for us is a comfort.

I have not personally used them, but my sister (Cat on here) did trip before last, and she had a bad experience returning the car. This trip she used Courtesy and will always use them in the future. Courtesy picked them up at the dock.
Courtesy also has always dropped us at the dock and has allowed us to leave our bags with them before.

NtL, I'm curious about the problems she had. I am gathering prices for our next trip and this is the first time I have found cheaper prices than L&L and am considering trying someone else.nothintolose wrote:I have not personally used them, but my sister (Cat on here) did trip before last, and she had a bad experience returning the car.

Sorry to hear that. I've always had good experience with Levi and Kurt. As far as I could tell they are a two man operation. I do remember that last time we picked up, Kurt was in a bit of a hurry. It was near the 6pm closing time. Guess he wanted to catch the ferry home.
