Vacation, birthday and a CD with Kenny Chesney

Post by linne »

I have had a short vacation together with my family celebrating my birthday (not the 50th) the 7th of May. We rented a house in a holiday village with a lot of fun for the children and with a beautiful coast nearby.

The first evening we had a special experience, because more than 300 policemen showed up. They had been on a military exercise due to the upcoming climate summit meeting in Copenhagen. When the policemen saw our grandchildren look curious at them, they invited them to try to sit in their vehicles. Very exiting for the children.

The plan for my birthday was that I should be spoiled with massage, after that I should try a wellness centre with a lot of relaxing possibilities and in the evening, we should have dinner in the nice restaurant at the place. But the restaurant was closed the evening on my birthday, the masseuses didn’t have any free time for massage, and when I came to the wellness centre, it was closed. I haven’t noticed that it already closed at 3 AM  .

But I had fun crawling around in a bouncy castle with the children trying the easiest slides and just to look at them and see, how entertained they were both there and in the bathingland. Made me happy :D .

We had a tasty meal in the rented house instead, and among other gifts my son gave me a CD “be as you are” with Kenny Chesney. I’m now looking forward to listen to his music in peace, which isn’t possible, when my grandchildren is present!

And the next day I was in wellness centre before 3 AM, in the evening we found a restaurant with a fantastic view to the sea, and we had a great meal there.

So I enjoyed my birthday vacation in spite of the changing plans.

Happy Birthday Linne!
It's like looking in your soup and finding a whole different alphabet.

Grattis på födelsedagen Linne!

I should really buy one of Kenny's CD's also, as I am so out of it, when all girls on SOTB talkes about Kenny. I could just bump into him, without even know it and that even if he was singing to me at the same time.

Anyway, I'm coming to Copenhagen every week in the future. They have moved my work there  . Can I stay with you   . Just kidding. I know you don't live there and even if you were, I was just kidding.

A belated happy birthday to you. The boys look like they are having a great time. Are they twins?
