Posting Pictures from Facebook...?

Posting Pictures from Facebook...?
Is there an easy way to post pictures on the Forum that are already on your Facebook page? I think I have heard people mention doing it, but I can not figure out how. Sun4MySoul = Technology Challenged.

I hadn't done this previously but it worked.
Select the picture you want to copy over here, right click, go to properties, under image properties copy the code for location (it should start with http and end with .jpg), then come over to the forum and click the Img button above[img],%20insert%20your%20code,%20then%20click%20Img%20again[/img].
Hit preview to make sure it worked.
