Iguana Inn? Also, have you seen the Perelandra video? Wow!
I've been able to locate a little info on the Iguana Inn but would appreciate feedback on this villa from anyone who has stayed there. It is rented through Seaview Homes and they seem to get consistently good reviews.
If you haven't already, check out the Perelandra video on the on-stjohn.com web site. Those Bongo Bongo Boys have made another nice villa video. Villa Perelandra gets great reviews, but based on photos I've always thought it looked just ok. The video really does a nice job of showing off the place and it looks incredible. I'm thinking that may be the villa to go for. Whoever paid them to make the video, you got your moneys worth!

Iguana Inn is next door to the villa I have rented , Andante by the sea. I've never actually been inside the house but I can tell you about the area it is located. You cannot see Iguana Inn from Andante because there are a lot of foliage in-between the two houses and it is set a little ways off the road. The road up to these villas is a little rough (iguana rd) because it is not paved and a large hill. You get views of both Chocolate Hole and Hart Bay. You also get beautiful views of sunsets and sunrises. The area is fairly quiet. There are a lot of villas in this area but you really dont hear much noise from them. There also is some construction in the area. A few mega mansions going up but we really never heard much noise coming from them because they look like they are in their final stages of completion. You also can walk down through the stairs at Oceanport if no one is staying there, which is on the other side of Andante, to Hart bay where there is great snorkeling. It is a hike down about 200+ stairs. I hope this helps!
