Pebble Cove Villa - Cloud 9 Villas
Has anyone stayed here recently? Looks great on the website. Beach access might be strenuous on the return trip!

Not yet but it's on my short list~ heard nothing but great things about it but I'm just hesitant of the drive to the east end to get there. . . long and winding road. . .
I've got 2 tickets to paradise~Pack your bags we'll leave tonight!

wishwewerethere,
I really appreciated your info about Pebble Cove. I've been wondering about this place for a while now, but it hasn't worked out for us for one reason or other so far. We are set for our upcoming trip to St. John this year, but if we can return to the island next year, Pebble Cove is on our short list. I wonder about eating out at night if we stay there, though. How was the drive back to the villa at night? I know the location of the villa and the drive is paved all the way, but we have never driven East End Rd. at night. Honestly, we don't even really like driving Centerline after dark.

ghm,
toured pebbles in dec 07 and am big fan of c9 folks. of our 10 trips to stj, have stayed in a c9 villa 7 times. our fav is c9 on gifft hill with panoramic views and central loccation. their villas are always exceptionally clean, well maintained, equipped, and stocked and marcy is a super manager. pebbles is neither new nor luxury, but she appeared to be the top of the line for c9 and the views and water access were exceptional even for stj. i believe she would offer a remarkable stj vacation home.
the bride has car phobia and just refuses to be at a location so far from her favorite n shore beaches. me, i love the drives and views and have been tempted to trade bride in for chance to stay at pebble cove. to me, pc would be the place to staye on stj (in her price range) butttt, i got 43 yrears invested in the bride and will just be thankful she loves stj too.
while the rd to pc is fairly docile, there is one switch back not far past the road to the horse stable.
