Lunch at Ferry Dock - Red Hook

Post by Linward »

Hiya - We will be spending the night in St. Thomas, before ferrying over to St. John. Can someone suggest a good place to grab something to eat near the Ferry dock in Red Hook? Only 10 more days til we leave our first footprints in St. John sand - WAHOO :D

We always grab breakfast or lunch at Molly Malones or it might be Maggie Malones, I can never remember. We've had the taxi drop us there and then rolled our luggage to Red Hook and we've also left it with a porter at Red Hook until our departure.

Duffy's is an easy walk right there too, but we didn't find their food to be great.

Molly Malone's is a big favorite. But, JJ's and the Beach Bar or almost as close! The new taco joint at Wharfside is tasty, The Surly Cantina, you'll probably see JC's Ronnie standing there eating a couple of tacos if you get there before the end of March.

Molly Malones, Caribbean Salon, East End Cafe. Any of these would be a good choice. There is also a Deli of sorts in the Marina Buildind downstairs but I can't remember the name they have good wraps.
