this place is adorable !! got to tour it when on island in the fall. two semi identical units one above the other. i did prefer the top unit since it has cathedral ceilings which makes space feel more spacious/also better view...although you have plenty of room altogether !! the bedrooms are seperate from living area. top unit has a balcony and an area w/table/ chairs at entry outside. bottom unit as a patio. i met one of the owners who live on property (main house on other side of pool)...but they do not use it while they have guests and assure privacy !! other great point is the water access !! great place !! good luck !!
