SeaScape, Moonsong, or Grandview - which would you choose?

Post by Ms.Montana »

I'm still looking but of these three villa's which would you choose and why? :? We are two couples, wanting great sunsets, privacy, location, quiet and a comfortable villa. Thank you!

I have't stayed at any of these villa but I think Moonsong is the only one that will give you sunsets. Maybe someone else can confirm that but I'm sure Grandview faces east. Seascape doesn't look like it will give you sunsets either.

Hi there!
We stayed at Grandview in 2003 but I can't remember if there were sunsets...sorry...We LOVED the villa and would stay again...unfortunately we need something bigger...but if I were in the market for a two bedroom I would not hesitate to reserve Grandview again...

Hi Ms Montana,

We stayed next store to Moonsong in May & had beautiful sunsets. I liked the area. Now you will have views of the Pond Bay project. We never found it noisy because of it though. Sundance is right beside Moonsong, but the deck for Moonsong is on the oposite side so it is private to a point. You drive past the deck of Moonsong where the hot tub is to park in front of Sundance, so not sure if this would a concern. There were people staying at Moonsong when were were there & we never heard or saw them.
Hope this helps, any other questions, just ask.

One thing we did find with this are is that it was very, very hot on the deck & pool area in the afternoon, full sun.

We stayed in Moonsong in 2003 and you do have a decent western view, but privacy no - the villa Sundance is right next door.

We stayed in Sundance (next door to Moonsong) in August of 07. We never heard or saw the Moonsong guests except when they were leaving out of the shared driveway. We felt that even though the villas were close, they were very private. There were even two kids in Moonsong. We loved Sundance and the manager. Clean, had everything we needed, just not fancy. The A/C throughout was wonderful too. Considering moonsong for our next trip.
