Palm Hill Villa vs. Drakes Lookout

Any opinions out there on either of these homes?

I am leaning toward Drakes because its more suitable size but am afraid I may regret no a/c in the bedrooms. Is a/c a huge deal in late November? I also like the $600 less price tag on Drakes.

Hey Flip-flop! Obviously I haven't been to Drake's Lookout, but I sure did plenty of research on it. From what I was told "back then" the breezes are fairly constant, hence no need for AC and no bugs. The driveway is pretty steep and to hear some people tell it, a little unnerving the first couple times up and down. Otherwise everyone who has talked about it here on the forum speaks very highly of it. I hope this is some help
