The roofs of all those port-o-potties, now known as P.O.Ps, can be seen from the CNN cameras. They look like a wall of "white roofs".

We were downtown Saturday night for a show at the 930 and it was nuts. Sure, porta pots every where. What was worse were the kids in tuxes and prom dresses jay walking to hit the early inaugural balls! There was serious pedestrian slalom on Constitution and up 7th Street. I'm happy to say the car survived undamaged.

This is why everyone leaves DC in August - TOURISTS!

But, curmudgeonhood aside, I'll be a tourist on Tuesday.
