I like his old stuff but his new stuff doesn’t really do it for me.
“Me and You” and “Back Where I Come From” are GREAT songs.
I am not really one to get star-struck so I wouldn’t care if I saw him on island or not. When he was on 60 Minutes awhile back I was much more excited to see STJ in the background than K.C. in the foreground. Not that I want STJ to get publicity though, it is getting too crowded!

I didn't have a clue who Kenny Chesney was before we went to STJ, so obviously I wasn't on a mission to find him. But after our 1st trip, I got turned on to Be As You Are and I have been a fan ever since! I like hearing him sing about places I've been to and I think the songs on that album are great! So I'm a STJ fan first, and a Kenny fan second.

Teresa, what do you think about his new hit "Better As A Memory" he did for Rene?Teresa_Rae wrote:I like his old stuff but his new stuff doesn’t really do it for me.

The liver is evil, it must be punished!

We met Kenny Chesney at Joe's Rum Hut last week. No one seemed to be bothering him. As a matter of fact, he initiated the conversation with my nephew. We just talked about the changes we've noticed in the island over the years. Didn't discuss music or "who he was". Seemed like a down-to-earth, nice enough guy.
