Flip-flop...almost no place has zero crime, that is true. The USVI does have higher crime rates than a lot of places, even big cities...and I’m willing to take the risk because I love St. John so much...so to me, crime isn’t so much the issue (though it is obviously tragic), it is the lack of the police force doing anything about it that is so awful.
